Kudos To Sen. Tom McClintock For Introducting Zero Sponsored Bills During The 2007-08 Term

Kudos to Sen. Tom McClintock for refusing to introduce any sponsored bills during the 2007-08 term.

That said, according to the Mercury News database, during that same timeframe my hometown California representative Sen. Loni Hancock introduced nineteen sponsored bills with main sponsor(s) ranging from Alameda-Contra Costa Transit District (AC Transit) to California Clean Money Campaign to San Francisco Baykeeper. To be fair, many of Sen. Hancock’s main sponsors are admirable organizations, and not corporations.
