FAIL: Taking Bathroom Paper Towels By The Top
Please note, this is one instance when taking an item from the top of a pile results in unintended spillage.
For the record, I did not cause the mess. For some reason, the paper towel dispenser is always left open when it is refilled, and someone always tries to take a paper towel from the top, and the result is always spilled unused paper towels.
