I subscribe to the Fresno Bee afternoon newsletter. I just read it.

It turns out that death dominated Fresno Bee’s Top Ten Read Stories for 24 January 2011, or at least up until the afternoon newsletter was sent.

Six out of the ten articles involved death of some kind. That would be 60 percent. And I never knew how popular obituaries were.
